Space:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION-Please read!
Our place is flexible and our prices are flexible too and as follows:
Option 1
1 persons can rent only the living room, kitchen, and toilet without access to the bedroom with air condition. The guests will be provided with a folding bed and 1 electric floor fan.
Option 2
As option 1 but have access to the bedroom with a queen bed and air condition limited to 2 persons.
Option 3
Is best for groups of 2-3 persons with access to the entire property.

We just want to inform you that we can offer the use of an extra folding bed @ 295.00 PHP extra but please inform us in advance, so we can provide it for you. The payment of an extra bed will be settled at check-in. Please be informed that extra beds can be uncomfortable and space will be too crowded so this is not really advisable to have an extra bed if you prefer comfort.

 

Facilities:
Mirror wall in the living room, microwave oven, standard size ref/freezer, 42″ flat screen tv with sky cable channel, multi-mode lightning system: cool white, daylight & warm white. Adjustable hot or cold shower.

Great city view from the 34th floor, nice location, close to shopping centers & restaurants, only 4 km to Manila International Airport. Good for solo adventurers, groups, couples, business travelers, and families with kids. Tour guides available on request.

 

Guest access:
Access to private parking at extra cost 300 PHP/24 hr, subject to availability. Available pay parking in the basement of San Lorenzo Place for guests without booked parking space. Garden, patio and jogging area, children’s playground, tennis/basketball court, and fitness center.
Access to the rooftop/outdoor swimming pool costs 200.00 PHP per head to be paid to the host.
Laundry services are available on the first floor at extra cost.
Ironing materials are available at an extra cost of 50 PHP/night.

 

Guest interaction
We give our guests space, but we are available when needed. We also offer guided tours if available at extra cost. Shuttle services are also offered. The property manager lives in the same place, just a phone call away. Contact no. will be given at check-in.

Check-in time: 2:00 – 8:00 PM (Please inform us your exact time of arrival)
Check out time: latest 12:00 noon (Please coordinate with us for inspection before check-out. NO INSPECTION NO CHECK-OUT)

Last-minute booking is possible if you contact the management first before booking.

We are entrusting you with our home which will be your temporary home so please leave the place in the same condition as it was when checking in.
Giving us negative feedback is not a solution to any problem that may occur during your stay. We do our best to make you satisfied so please inform us immediately if trouble arises. We live in the same place just a phone call away.
